Our in-house Mac and Barco based graphic technicians develop your designs to
ensure optimum print quality on our flexographic presses. We will also work closely
with your own trade shop to assist in the development of your designs. Our graphic
experts work with your internal PolyCello Account Coordinator and on-site production
personnel to deliver your printing needs and to make any necessary adjustments to your
design specifications. Ironing out potential print quality concerns at the initial
design stages will eliminate waste and costly time delays.

Our pre-press department offers you a library of stock images, or vignettes,
and can create line extensions for your whole product line.

We take your graphic designs and artwork and make them flexographic friendly.

We offer both a conventional and digital workflow from initial development to plate making.

From your supplied specifications we develop die strikes for proper bag formation and
we adjust key lines and tonal ranges to maintain the integrity of the design throughout
its life on press.

We also manage your font and your brand through consistency and attention to detail.
